摘　　要：少数民族非物质文化遗产的知识产权保护研究具有重大现实意义。文章针对我国少数民族地区非物质文化遗产传承面临的问题和保护的重大意义,以内蒙古地区为主要考察对象,从非物质文化遗产的概念和特征出发,对非物质文化遗产保护的双重含义、保护的独特性,非物质文化遗产知识产权保护的理论基础、优势和必要性予以阐释和论证。在少数民族地区非物质文化遗产保护现状的基础上,提出少数民族地区非物质文化遗产知识产权保护的基本原则,为少数民族地区非物质文化遗产的知识产权保护设计一些切实可行的方案。It has great realistic significance to research intellectual property protection of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minority. This article aims at the inheritance problems and significance of protecting intangible cultural heritage in ethnic minority regions in China, with Inner Mongolia as the main study object. Starting from the concept and characteristic of the intangible cultural heritage, we will explain and demonstrate the double meaning, the uniqueness, the theoretical basis, ad- vantage and necessity of intellectual property protection of intangible cultural heritage. Then we will put forward some general principles to intellectual property protection of intangible cultural heritage in ethnic minority regions on the basis of the current situation. Finally, we will give some feasible solutions to the intellectual property protection of intangible cultural heritage in ethnic minority areas.
