摘 要:以俄罗斯杨树新品种N2(Populus nigra×P.pyramidaeis)不定芽为材料,研究了不同培养基对俄罗斯杨树新品种不定芽生根的影响。结果表明:不同培养基对俄罗斯杨树新品种N2不定芽生根率的影响没有显著的差异,而对其生根数、生根根长和生根指数的影响有显著的差异,综合分析表明,以MS培养基为生根培养基,俄罗斯杨树新品种不定芽生根率、生根数、生根根长和生根指数均优,其不定芽生根效果最好。Taking adventitious buds of new varieties of Populus russkii-N2(Populus nigra × P.pyramidaeis)as material,the effects of different culture medium on adventitious buds of Populus nigra × P.pyramidaeis were studied.Result shows that different culture medium which has little difference on the rooting rate for adventitious buds of Populus nigra × P.pyramidaeis(N2),have significant differences on rooting number,rooting length and rooting index of adventitious buds for Populus nigra × P.pyramidaeis.Comprehensive analysis shows that the rooting rate,rooting number,rooting length rooting index of the adventitious buds are all optimal by taking MS medium as rooting medium.The rooting effect of adventitious buds are optimal.
