摘 要:矿井提升机直流驱动系统由晶闸管三相整流桥供电,由于其功率大成为煤矿供电系统主要的谐波源,高次谐波将影响三相整流桥控制电路的触发角,从而引起提升机的失控保护故障。通过对提升机工作期间谐波电流的检测和分析,给出了谐波电流的实际数据,设计了一种无源电力滤波器来抑制谐波污染,提出了新型滤波器装置的设计模式和补偿过程。实验结果表明这种滤波器能显著降低谐波和提高电能的质量,保证提升机重载时的正常运行。The thyristor three phase bridge rectifier supplies the power to the DC drive system of mine hoist,it isselected as main harmonic source for colliery power distribution system because of its high-power.Higher harmonic canimpact the three-phase rectifier′s firing angle which can control circuit and cause the lost-control protection not to workfor mine hoist. Through the detection and analysis of mine hoist′s harmonic current when it working,and gave theactual data of harmonic current,devised a passive power filter to restrain harmonic pollution,offered the design patternand compensation process of the new filter.The results show that this filter can decrease harmonic significantly andimprove the quality of power to make sure mine hoist work well when it overloaded.
