摘　　要：随着社会老龄化进程,老年慢性肾功能衰竭患病率也逐年增多,极大地威胁到老年人的健康。如何防治老年人慢性肾功能衰竭,已经成为医界关注的重要课题。本文对老年人慢性肾功能衰竭的诱发与危险因素、疾病状态等进行分析,探究其内在联系,以期更好防治老年人慢性肾衰竭,延缓慢性肾衰竭的进程。With the aging process of social, health of the elderly receives extensive attention. The prevalence rate of the elderly patients with chronic renal failure has increased year by year, which is a great threat to the health of the elderly. It is necessary to find a better prevention and treatment, which is an important topic in the medical community. In this paper, the risk factors inducing the elderly chronic renal failure and the disease conditions were analyzed, in order to explore the their internal connections, better prevent and control the disease, and delay the disease progression.
