逆向静脉穿刺在静脉输液过程中应用的探讨

摘　　要：目的:提高手背静脉掌指关节段静脉穿刺成功率。方法:对老年偏胖患者掌指关节段静脉实施逆向穿刺者成功率及临床观察情况分析。结果:17例患者共接受逆向静脉穿刺20次。穿刺一次成功率达100%,无1例出现输液反应及异常情况。结论:逆向静脉穿刺,在老年偏胖者输液中应用,可提高手背静脉掌指关节段穿刺成功率。经严密观察,未出现输液反应及异常情况。是安全、有效的。Objective:To improve success rate of venipuncture in dorsal hand vein metacarpophalangeal joint section. Meth-ods:The success rate of venipuncture in dorsal hand vein metacarpophalangeal joint section in elderly slightly-fat patients and clinical observation were analyzed. Results:17 patients received a total of 20 reverse venipunctures. The success rate of first puncture was 100%, and no transfusion reaction and abnormal condition occurred. Conclusions:Reverse venipuncture, used in elderly slightly-fat persons, can improve the success rate of puncture in dorsal hand vein metacarpophalangeal joint section. Through careful observation, no transfusion reaction and abnormal condition occur, indicating that it is safe and effective.
