茵陈利胆片对家兔细菌性胆囊炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨茵陈利胆片对细菌性胆囊炎的作用。方法:采用家兔细菌性胆囊炎模型,实验分为6组,正常组、模型组、阳性对照组及茵陈利胆片高中低3个剂量组,分组予相应处理12天。分别测定各组家兔体温、白细胞数量、血清ALT、AKP活性,并取胆囊制备组织匀浆,测定SOD活性及MDA含量。结果:与模型组比较,茵陈利胆片中高剂量组家兔体温明显降低,白细胞计数明显下降;血清ALT、AKP活性高剂量组明显降低;高剂量组SOD活性明显增强,MDA含量明显下降。结论:茵陈利胆片对细菌性胆囊炎具有良好的预防、治疗作用。Objective： To explore the effects of Yinchen lidan pian on bacterial cholecystitis. Methods：Rabbits were injected Escherichia coli in gall bladder to build models of bacterial cholecystitis.. Experiment was divided into six groups,they were normal,model,positive and Yinchen lidan pian three dose groups,each group was given the corresponding medicine for 12 days. Rabbits＇ body temperature,WBC count and serum ALT and AKP activities were determined,taking rabbits＇ gall bladder to prepare tissue homogenate for determining SOD activity and MDA content. Results： To compare with model group,high dosage Yinchen lidan pian could lower rabbits＇ body temperature significantly and WBC count,decrease serum ALT and AKP activities,SOD activity of gall bladder tissue was increased and MDA content was reduced obviously. Conclusion： Yinchen lidan pian can effectively prevent and treat bacterial cholecystitis.
