柴胡、金钱草、虎杖对兔肝总管的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨柴胡、金钱草、虎杖对兔肝总管的作用。方法:将离体肝总管置入37℃10 m L恒温麦氏浴皿krebs液中,采用BL-420生物信号记录系统,描记肝总管收缩张力曲线。结果:水煎剂柴胡、金钱草可增强兔肝总管平滑肌收缩张力,与药前比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);柴胡增加肝总管张力作用约为金钱草的6.62倍;而虎杖使肝总管活动降低,与药前比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:虎杖松弛肝总管,保持胆道通畅;而柴胡、金钱草加强肝总管收缩作用,促进肝总管蠕动,药物互相配合使肝总管收缩、舒张,有利于胆汁排出。Objective： To investigate the effect of Radix Bupleuri,Christina Loosestrife herb,Polygonum cuspidatum on rabbits＇ hepatic duct. Methods： Putting the isolated hepatic duct into thermostatic Maxwell bath of 10 m L 37℃ Krebs solution,by using BL- 420 biological signal recording system to record the contractility of hepatic duct. Results： The water decoction of bupleurum root and Herba Lysimachiae strengthened rabbit hepatic duct smooth muscle contraction tension,with a significant difference compared with before administration（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）; Bupleurum increased hepatic duct tension was about 6. 62 times of Lysimachia christinae;And Polygonum cuspidatum reduced hepatic duct activities,with a significant difference compared with before administration（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Polygonum cuspidatum relaxes hepatic duct to maintain biliary tract unobstructed; however,bupleurum root and Herba Lysimachiae strengthen the contraction of hepatic duct and promote hepatic duct peristalsis,The combined use of drugs makes the hepatic duct systolic or diastolic and facilitates the excretion of bile.
