摘　　要：产业升级需要劳动力流动,劳动力的流动引起就业结构的变动,产业和就业二者的协调与否是区域经济发展普遍关注的问题。选取太原市经济和就业相关统计数据,通过横向比较、纵向分析的方法,得出太原市产业结构和就业结构仍需要进一步提升优化的结论。Labor mobility is necessary for the industries upgrading, which also results in the changing of the structure. So the coordinating between industries and employment is an important issue concerning the regional eco- nomic development. Based on the relating economy and employment data of Taiyuan, by means of transverse comparison and vertical analysis, this study has reached the conclusion that the industrial and employment structure still need to be adjusted and optimized.
