摘　　要：中国要避免走向"拉美陷阱"或避免苏联解体的后尘,打破中国古代一再重演的"周期律",走向中华复兴,只有走立足于中国实现可持续的国强民富和国泰民安的、独立自主的中国特色社会主义道路,这是由中国所面临的国际、国内约束条件和时代特征所决定了的。China has to avoid ＂Latin American trap＂ and cannot follow the collapse way of the Soviet Union. To break the ＇periodic law＇ of the ancient China, and to the Chinese Renaissance, the only path is the independent socialism road with Chinese characteristics based on the sustainable country strong with people rich and country harmony with people peace, which is decided by the international and domestic constraints and the times characteristics faced by China now.
