摘　　要：随着人口高龄化的不断推进,朝鲜族的养老观念和养老现状发生了巨大的变化。自我养老的现代观念替代了家庭养老的传统观念,居家养老成为朝鲜族老年人首选的养老模式。目前,在养老方面还存在供养人的孝道意识淡薄、供养人之间互相推卸责任、空巢老年人人数逐年增加等问题。延边朝鲜族自治州可以通过加强家庭成员和老年人的宣传教育、强化社区与养老机构的建设、提高老龄文化的社会地位等措施,达到提高老年人养老质量的目的。Views on elderly care among Korean minority have changed greatly with the growing aging population. Self-dependent elderly care is more favorable than traditional family care, and home-based care service has become the preferred for the elderly. At present, lack of filial duties, provider＇s shift of responsibility and the growing number of empty-nes- ters are the main problems of the elderly care. It is necessary to enhance the education for both the family members and the elderly, to strenghten the community support for the elderly care, and to improve the culture of the elderly so as to progress the quality of the aged care service in Yanbian Prefecture.
