摘　　要：城市是产业、人口、资源和活动高度密集的区域,全球约75%的能耗和60%-70%的碳排放在城市中产生,城市的高能消耗已经成为城市发展与环境博弈失衡的主要问题之一,城市节能势在必行。分析了太阳辐射对高密度环境的影响特征及色彩的物理学效应,挖掘了城市色彩的节能潜力。倡导城市色彩规划要增强节能观念,从"宏观—中观—微观"三个层面进行城市色彩节能效应的探讨,提出了基于地域气候的色彩规划定位、对应城市热岛源分布的城市色彩分区、建筑外表面色彩选择及遮阳色彩、遥感色彩节能监测等节能策略。强调城市色彩规划参数化设计的重要性,为城市节能新辟有效路径。City is an area that has great density in industries, populations, resources and activities. According to statistics, 75% of energy consumption and 60% -70% carbon emissions in the globe emerge in cities. High energy consumption of cities has become one of the major problems in the imbalanced game, which is between urban development and the environment, therefore the act of energy - saving for cities is imperative under such a circumstance. After the exploration to the impact and features of solar radiation on high density environment and the analysis on color physics, this essay has discovered the ener- gysaving potential of the city color. This essay promotes the enhancement of the energy - saving consciousness in the planning of the city color. From three - level perspective, i. e. ＂macro - , meso - , and microscopic view＂, this essay discusses the effects of the energy - saving of city color and then proposes some energy - saving strategies which aim on specific aspects, such as color planning and location based on region and clime; city color subarea which corresponding to the distribution of heat island source in cities ; color selection of the external surface of buildings; energy - conservation monitoring on color of sun - shading and remote - sensing. This essay also emphasizes the importance of the parametric design in the planning of city color in order to pave an efficient way to energy - saving for cities.
