摘　　要：在中国经济和社会发展的新常态下,辽宁省民办高校的科学发展面临诸多挑战,在发展中集聚的问题和深层次矛盾也日益凸显,如大学文化、办学定位、治理体系、师资队伍、实践实训环境建设等方面的突出问题。新形势下辽宁省民办高校应明确创业型应用技术大学的办学目标定位,营造创业型大学文化,完善产教融合的治理体系,积极探索高校与行业企业、区域的协同创新模式,建立一体化创新创业教育平台,拓展多元化经费来源,实现民办高校科学发展。Under the new normal of economic development in China,the development of private universities in Liaoning province are facing more challenges than ever,meanwhile the deep problems are becoming obvious about university culture,orientation,governance system,faculty,facilities,etc. With the new situation,the private universities in Liaoning province should confirm the orientation of entrepreneurial university of applied sciences,establish the entrepreneurial university culture,construct the governance system based on the university- industry integration,explore the university- industry collaborative innovation model,build the integrative entrepreneurial platform and expand the diversified fund sources in order to the scientific development.
