摘　　要：新时期加强大学生入党积极分子的教育培养工作必须正确处理质量与数量的关系,坚持高标准进行教育培养,以解决"贪多求大"的问题;必须把握好其长期性、艰巨性、复杂性的特点,切实加大教育培养力度,以解决"急于求成"的问题;必须遵循思政教育规律,用真理的力量引起大学生入党积极分子思想的共鸣,以解决"学而不信"的问题;必须引入科学的、循序渐进的实践锻炼,以解决"学用脱节"的问题;必须强化自律与他律相结合,以解决"动力不足"的问题。In helping foster college party- enthusiasts in the new era,the relationship between quality and quantity should be correctly handled,sticking to high standards to solve the problem of＂ being thristy for a large number＂.The characteristics of its protracted,arduous and complicated nature should be considered,intensifying educating efforts to find the solution to＂ being anxious for success＂. The laws of ideological and political education should be abided by,arousing college party- enthusiasts＇ sympathies by means of the truth to solve the problem of＂ studying but not trusting＂. Scientific and step- by- step practice should be introduced to find the solution to＂ learning but not using＂.Self- discipline and heteronomy should be combined to solve the problem of＂ being short of motive＂.
