国内与国际档案学术会议对比分析

摘　　要：选取国内和国际档案界自其第一次会议以来的一些重要会议为样本,以国际档案大会为主线,分四个阶段,对比了国际国内的研究热点和具体论题,探讨了会议中所体现的国际对国内的影响,结论为2000年后国际档案大会对国内的影响更明显,国内国际共同的论题也增多,主要是新技术及档案与社会;国际其他的热点论题,如治理与问责、司法正义,国内关注少;此外还对影响国际国内异同的因素进行了探讨,结论为技术发展、政治体制、社会背景以及学术交流环境。Selected as sample some important meetings in domestic and international archival circles since their first ones; based on the clue of ICA congresses, compared their research hot topics and specific themes by four stages, then analyzed the influences of international meetings on domestic ones. It＇s found that such influences as above were more obvious after 2000. Meanwhile, the mutual themes of domestic and international meetings also increased, for example, the themes of new technology and the relationship between archives and society. Other international hot topics, like governance and accountability, judicial justice, were not quite the concern of domestic meetings. Besides, this article discussed the possible factors influencing the similarities and differences between international and domestic meetings, which were found to be technology development, political institutions, social background and academic communication environment.
