错位的价值判定应该被纠正——对档案鉴定及销毁的历史视域考量

摘　　要：档案鉴定之所以存在,主要是出于解决馆藏增长与库房紧张、利用效率之间矛盾的目的 ,但它给档案完整性、证据价值权威性所带来的负面影响是一个不争的事实。当前环境下完全可以借助于信息技术的力量以及引导政府加大投入来解决这种微妙的悖论关系,即通过弱化档案鉴定来维持档案材料齐全与完整,可把更多的精力投放在对档案信息资源的开发上,实现其社会价值的增殖。Archive appraisal is mainly due to the Contradiction between growth of collection and tension of warehouse, growth of collection and efficiency of utilization, But the negative effect it brings about the integrity and the evidential value authority of archive is an indisputable fact. Under current circumstances,we can solve the contradictions with utilizing the power of information technology and guiding the government to increase investment. Through weakening archive appraisal and trying to keep archive completely, we can put more focus on the development of archive information resources to make its social value proliferation.
