摘　　要：贵州黔南州在全国首次将国家综合档案馆确立为水书抢救的核心机构,从政策法规、组织领导和抢救经费等方面予以大力支持。论文以这一案例为切入点,分析国家综合档案馆少数民族档案文献遗产集中保护的优势、意义以及当地政府所采取的政策措施,以为少数民族档案文献遗产的集中保护提供借鉴。Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of QianNan in Guizhou Province firstly established the national general archives as the core institution for Shui character rescue, which has gained strong support in policies and regulations, organization and leadership and funding. Starting from this case, this essay analyzes the strengths, significance and local governmental policies and measures for the centralized protection of ethnic minority archives document heritages in national general archives, providing references to centralized protection of ethnic minority archives document heritages.
