摘 要:目的评价专人专用口含式雾化吸入器的喷雾器及口含器采用不同方法消毒处理的效果,为临床正确选择适宜的方法消毒处理专人专用雾化吸入器提供参考依据。方法采用随机对照的方法,对使用的口含式雾化吸入器,随机分为清水冲洗组,使用清水冲洗3分钟,及健之素溶液浸泡组,使用健之素溶液浸泡30分钟。对雾化吸入器的喷雾器及口含器两处不同部位在第1、3、5天分别采样,按照国家规定消毒技术规范进行采样送微生物实验室进行细菌培养,通过结果比较两种处理方法的细菌清除效果,同时比较两不同部位的使用污染情况。结果有80例患者使用的雾化吸入器入选本研究,每组各40例。在口含器部分,健之素溶液浸泡组微生物培养阳性率明显低于清水冲洗组(P=0.022)。消毒效果无时间趋势(P=0.951),并且组间差别不随时间变化(交互作用P=0.701)。喷雾器部分,两组消毒方法差别无统计学显著性(P>0.05)。消毒效果无时间趋势(P=0.242),并且组间差别不随时间变化(交互作用P=0.07)。结论口含器部分,冲洗组无效或污染发生率高于浸泡消毒组,有效率略低于浸泡消毒组;喷雾器部分,冲洗组与浸泡消毒组差别无统计学显著性。Objective To compare the different disinfection efficacy of sprays and mouth contains of some one special mouth type atomization inhaler, and to provide a reference basis for clinical correct selection. Methods They were randomly divided into water group (being washed by water in 3 minutes) and Solution immersion group (being soaked by Jianzhisu for half an hour) by randomized controlled methods. We sampled respectively on day 1, 3, 5. and do bacterial culture in accordance with the national disinfection technical specifications. We compare two methods of bacteria removal effect, at the same time compare the pollution of two different parts. Results 80 cases were randomly assigned either to being washed by water group (n=40), or to be soaked by Jianzhisu solution group (n=40). Then we culture the microorganism in the spraying and in the sucking according to the national regulation of disinfection techniques. In the mouth contains part, microorganism culture positive rate of Jianzhisu solution group significantly lower than the water group (P=0.022). The trend pattern did not changed with time (P=0.951). And the difference between group does not change with time (interaction=P=0.701). In the Spray part, two groups of disinfection method has no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05). Disinfection effect no time trend(P=0.242), and the difference between group does not change with time (interaction=P=0.07). Conclusion In the mouth contains part, water group invalid or pollution is higher than the incidence of soaking disinfection group and efficient is slightly lower than soaking disinfection group. In the spray part, there is no statistically significant difference between water and soak disinfection group.
