急诊新入院患者静脉留置针联合真空采血器采血方式的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉留置针联合真空采血器在急诊新入院患者中进行采血的可行性和优越性。方法采用便利抽样法抽取急诊新入院、无其他静脉置管、经解释后同意进行试验的患者100名,比较两组的采血成功率、标本溶血率、标本检测结果和患者满意度有无差异性。结果观察组较对照组采血成功率,标本溶血率,标本监测结果不具有统计学差异,患者满意度实验组高于对照组。结论在急诊新入院患者中采用静脉留置针联合真空采血器采血,在保证采血成功率和标本溶血率不变的情况下,既能保证检测结果准确,又能提高患者满意度,同时还能降低护士的工作量和压力。Objective To discuss the feasibility and superiority of venous indwelling needle with vacuum blood collector for new emergency patients. Methods Using the convenience sampling method, 100 patients were extracted from emergency, with no other venipuncture, after explaining and agreed to test. Compare two groups of blood success rate, specimen hemolysis rate, specimen detection results and patient satisfaction. Results Blood success rate, specimen hemolysis rate, specimen detection results of two groups have no statistical difference, patients satisfaction of experimental group is higher than the control group. Conclusion Venous indwelling needle with vacuum blood collector for new emergency patients can guarantee the accuracy of the test results, and improve patient satisfaction, at the same time also can reduce the nurse workload and pressure in guarantee the success rate of blood and specimen hemolysis rate unchanged.
