包头市石拐区居民慢性非传染病疾病流行状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解包头市石拐区居民慢性非传染病疾病的流行状况，以便有针对性地开展健康教育，促进居民健康知信行。方法采用分层随机抽样方法，通过问卷调查、体检和实验室检查对450户、1018位居民进行调查。结果石拐区居民超重者占33．2％，肥胖者占15．5％。成人高血压患病率为25．8％，高于全国平均水平；成人糖尿病患病率为4．5％，随着年龄罹患糖尿病增加患病风险增大，55～64岁年龄组发生率最高。结论当地居民高血压、糖尿病、肥胖患病率高，应加强居民健康教育，降低其发生率。Objective To explore the prevalence of Chronic noncommunicable diseases disease of the residents in Shiguai district of Baotou, and carry out health education, promote the knowledge, attitude and practice of healthy lifestyle. Methods With stratified random sampling, 1 018 residents in 450 families were surveyed by interviews, physical examination and laboratory examination. Results 33.2%andlS.5% of population were overweight and obesity, The prevalence rate of hypertension in Shiguai district was25.8 %, markedly outclassing 2002 s. The prevalence rate ofdiabetes was 4.5 %, respectively in residents age 18 and older. Conclusions The prevalence rates of hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and obesity were high in Shiguai district, and we need to strengthen health education of residents to lower the incidence of Chronic noncommunicable diseases disease.
