摘 要:为开发一种新型的聚合物改性混凝土外掺料,配制高性能混凝土,利用在化工领域发展很活跃的超临界流体制备超微粉体技术(其中的RESS法)制备出聚丙烯超细粉体。通过对比试验初步掌握了聚丙烯超细粉体对水泥砂浆的改性规律,并采用微观技术分析了不同外掺料的改性机理。结果表明:聚丙烯超细粉体能体现有机聚合物材料与无机矿物超细粉体的部分性能,可以明显改善水泥砂浆的微观结构,提高水泥基体的致密性,增强水泥砂浆的抗折强度。To develop a new type of polymer modifying concrete admixture and prepare high performance concrete, polypropylene superfine powder is produced by the use of the manufacture technology of superfine powder by supercritical fluid with the RESS method, which develops very actively in the chemical field. By means of comparative tests, the law of mortar modified by polypropylene superfine powder is preliminarily grasped and the modification mechanisms of different admixtures on the mortar are analyzed with microscopic technology. The results show that polypropylene superfine powder can reflect part of the performances of the polymer material and the active mineral joined material, it can improve the microstructure of cement mortar significantly, and reinforce the compactness of the cement matrix and the flexural strength of the cement mortar.
