玫瑰糠疹的临床特征及其与人类疱疹病毒6感染的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨玫瑰糠疹的临床特征并分析其与人类疱疹病毒6感染的相关性.方法 对66例来我院就诊的急性期玫瑰糠疹患者进行回顾性分析,总结其发病特点,并且采集患者血浆、外周血单核细胞（PB MC）、皮损、唾液标本采用PCR法进行人类疱疹病毒6的DNA检测.另外,以22例恢复期患者及28例健康人作为对照.结果 66例急性期玫瑰糠疹患者中7例血浆（10.6％）、12例PMBC（18.2％）、16例皮损组织（24.2％）、27例唾液（40.9％）标本均检测到HHV-6 DNA.结论 玫瑰糠疹具有不典型皮损、不典型发病部位及伴有显著的瘙痒症状的临床特征,并且玫瑰糠疹发病可能与人类疱疹病毒6有关.Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of pityriasis rosea and analyze its relationship with human herpesvirus 6 infection.Methods 66 patients cases with pityriasis rosea in our hospital were collected and analyzed using retrospective method.Characteristics of the disease was summarized.Human herpes virus 6 DNA was detected by PCR.On the other hand,22 cases of convalescence patients and 28 cases of healthy people were collected as control study subjects.Results Partly cases with acute phase were infected with herpesvirus 6 infection.Conclusions The clinical characteristics of pityriasis rosea with itching symptoms were not typical skin lesions,atypical anatomical site and was associated with human herpes virus 6.
