摘　　要：脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)是以可再生天然植物油脂为原料,具有优良的洗涤性能、可生物降解性、抗硬水性和绿色环保等优点的新一代表面活性剂。对国内外MES的发展状况进行了回顾。介绍了该产品在国内成功实现工业化生产的情况,并已经应用于洗衣粉、肥皂、餐具洗涤剂和衣用液体洗涤剂等工业领域。对我国MES的发展前景进行了展望。Fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate（MES） which is based on natural and renewable oil/fat is an new and green surfactant. It has excellent washing property, biodegradability, hard water-resistance and green environment protection performance. The development and technology of MES at home and abroad were reviewed. This paper introduced that MES has been produced successfully in domestic and used in many fields such as synthetic powder detergent, composite soap,tableware and laundry liquid detergent. It forecasted the trend and prospect of MES.
