风油精对蠕形螨体外抑杀效果观察

摘　　要：目的体外观察风油精对蠕形螨抑杀效果。方法采用透明胶带法获取螨虫,以螨存活时间及五分钟死亡率为指标,体外观察风油精对蠕形螨的抑杀作用,并记录风油精作用后蠕形螨活力及形态变化。设立75%医用酒精为阳性对照组,甘油为空白对照组。结果蠕形螨在风油精、75%医用酒精、甘油中的存活时间分别为5.45（1.5~21.5）分钟、16.78（7~48）分钟、超过180分钟;螨在风油精中五分钟内死亡率达42.11%,而在75%医用酒精组及甘油组中五钟内未见虫体死亡。风油精作用虫体后出现短暂亢奋,然后整体活动频率逐渐变缓直至死亡,虫体外形扭曲,表膜纹理不清,内含物明显减少,几丁质外壳逐渐显露。结论风油精具有快速高效抑杀蠕形螨的作用,对蠕形螨防治具有较好的应用前景。Objective To observe the effect of essential balm on killing human demodex in vitro. Methods Survival time and mortality in 5 minutes was used as indicator,the demodex were collected with adhesive cellophane tape,divided into 75% alcohol positive control group and glycerol blank control group. Successive changes of demodex in motility and morphology were taken before and after adding essential balm. Results Demodex in essential balm,75% alcohol or glycerol,survival time was respectively 5. 45（ 1. 5-21. 5）mins,16. 78（ 7-48） mins,over 180 mins respectively,mortality in five minutes was 42. 11%,and no death found in 75% alcohol and glycerol. After treated with essential balm,demodex showed transient excitement,then overall activity frequency gradually slowed until dead,had morphologic changes obviously,such as deformation,the surface membrane unclear,contents particles reduced,chitin shell gradually revealed. Conclusions Essential balm with fast and efficient killing demodex role,has a good application prospect of demodex control.
