摘 要:目的掌握平顶山市手足口病重症病例病原学特征,为平顶山市手足口病防治提供科学依据。方法采用RT-PCR或实时荧光RT-PCR的方法,对手足口病重症病例标本进行肠道病毒通用型、肠道病毒71型(Human enterovirus 71,EV71)、和柯萨奇病毒A16型(Coxsackie virus A16,Cox A16)特异核酸检测。结果在1035例手足口病重症病例中,EV71阳性最多(占79.03%),不同性别(χ2=4.47,P=0.107)、年龄组(χ2=0.10,P=0.950)、职业间(P=0.779)原学构成差异均无统计学意义,重症高峰期与低峰期病(χ2=11.32,P=0.003)、和不同年份间(χ2=52.05,P<0.001)原学构成差异有统计学意义,城区与郊县间(χ2=1.42,P=0.493)、高发县与低发县间(χ2=3.93,P=0.140)病原构成差异无统计学意义。结论平顶山市要加强手足口病重症病例病原学监测,有效降低手足口病重症病例的发生率。Objective The study was conducted to find out the etiological characteristics of severe HFMD,and provide a scientific basis for control of HFMD in Pingdingshan. Methods The specimens were tested to identify the enterovirus( EV),human enterovirus s71( EV71),coxsackie virus A16( Cox A16)) with RT-PCR or Real time RT-PCR. Results There were 1035 severe cases of HFMD,the positive rate of EV71 was79. 03%,there were no significant differences in the pathogenic form of different gender( χ2= 4. 47,P =0. 107),age( χ2= 0. 10,P = 0. 950),career( P = 0. 779) and between urban and rural( χ2= 1. 42,P= 0. 493),high-risk areas and low areas( χ2= 3. 93,P = 0. 140),and there was significant difference in the pathogenic form between peak and slack period( χ2= 11. 32,P = 0. 003),and years( χ2= 52. 05,P 0. 001). Conclusions Should strengthen the etiological surveillance of severe HFMD in Pingdingshan city,in order to reduce the incidence of severe HFMD.
