唐山市2005-2011年学生肺结核病人登记情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解学生肺结核患病情况,更好地做好适合学校的结核病控制措施。方法对2005-2011年7年间唐山市登记病人中学生肺结核病人登记情况进行分析。结果唐山7年间登记学生活动性肺结核病人1 299例,涂阳肺结核665例;发病年龄8~26岁,其中19~26岁年龄段发病比例最高,为68.04%。结论肺结核是高校学生常见传染病,应对在校学生和教职员工广泛宣传结核病防治的核心知识,提高结核病的认知水平,增强自我防护意识,减少对结核病患者的歧视。把好新生入校体检关,落实每年一次定期体检制度,建立学生健康体检档案。Objective To understand the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis in students,for better TB control measures in school. Methods Students registered tuberculosis patients were analyzed in Tangshan city from2005 to 2011,of 7 years. Results 1299 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis registered students in Tangshan for 7 years,665 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis,onset age of 8-26 years,19-26 years of age the incidence rate is highest,accounted for 68. 04%. Conclusions Pulmonary tuberculosis is a common infectious disease of university students,should strengthen the core knowledge to students and faculty members,improve the cognitive level of tuberculosis,enhance self-protection awareness of TB patients,reduce discrimination on TB patients. Maintain a strict standard on freshmen＇s physical examination,implement the regime of regular physical examination once a year,and establish student physical examination archives.
