摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻内镜直视下鼻中隔成形手术的方法及经验。方法：选取我院2007年5月--2014年3月110例患者均行经鼻内镜直视下鼻中隔成形术，患者资料进行回顾性分析及评估。结果：110例患者经鼻内镜直视下鼻中隔成形术中，有I例鼻中隔穿孔，2例出现鼻中隔血肿，治疗后恢复，107例均获得满意效果。结论：经鼻内镜直视下鼻中隔成形术精准度高，创伤小，术中及术后痛苦小、手术彻底。手术中充分考虑结构、功能与临床症状三者之间关系纠正鼻腔的病理性改变，体现个性化手术，临床疗效显著，患者满意率高，值得临床推广应用和深入研究。Objective Nasal septum under nasal endoscopic direct forming operation are discussed and the experience. Methods Selection from may, 2007 - March 2014, 2014 patients were walking through nasal endoscopic septoplasty under direct, patient data were retrospectively analyzed and evaluated. Results I cases of septal perforation, 2 cases with septal hematoma, recovery after treatment, 107 cases obtained satisfactory effect. Conclusions Nasal endoscopic septoplasty under direct precision, small trauma, intraoperative and postoperative pain, small surgery thoroughly, the clinical curative effect is distinct, patients satisfaction rate is high, is worth further research and clinical application.
