品管圈活动在降低门诊差错率的运用分析

摘　　要：目的：降低门诊药房药品调剂内差，提升药房服务质量。方法：将品管圈活动应用于门诊药房药品调剂质量控制，分析调剂内差构成比及原因，制订相应对策。结果：调剂差错率在开展品管圈活动后下降了29．73％。结论：品管圈活动的开展不仅能够降低门诊药房发药差错率而且能够增加团队协作能力与工作人员之间的相互沟通协调能力，提高工作积极性。objective To carry out the quality control circle activities to reduce outpatient pharmacy dispensing error rate, improve the quality of pharmacy service. Methods the QCC application in outpatient pharmacy quality control, analyze the related factors and research the preventive measures .Results The dispensing error rate dropped 29.73% after carrying out the quality control circle activity. Conclusion The QCC activities can not only reduce the outpatient pharmacy dispensing error rate but also can increase the team cooperation ,the mutual communication and coordination and improve the working enthusiasm.
