摘　　要：目的：探讨老年肺部感染的临床特点和治疗措施。方法：收集2010年1月至2013年12月间我院收治的68例老年肺部感染患者的临床资料，回顾性分析其发病诱因、临床特点、治疗措施。结果：老年肺部感染患者冬春季发病多，在基础病变上多合并并发症，起病隐匿，临床症状不典型，病程长，病死率高，68例中治愈30例，好转36例，死亡2例。结论：高度重视老年肺部感染患者，早期中西医结合合理治疗，提高治愈率，减少并发症，降低死亡率。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of senile pulmonary infection and treatment measures. Methods Collect between January 2010 and December 2010, our hospital between the clinical data of 68 cases of senile patients with pulmonary infection, its pathogenesis inducement; clinical feature and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results Merge more aged people with pulmonary infection complications, onset conceals, atypical dinical symptoms and long duration and case fatality rate is high, 30 cases 68 cases cured, improvement in 36 cases, 2 cases died. Conclusions Attaches great importance to the old patients with lung infection, reasonable early combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment, improve the cure rate, reduce the complications and reduce mortality.
