摘 要:针对船板表面花斑缺陷问题,对花斑缺陷形貌特征、微观组织进行了分析,得出其产生原因是钢板表面二次氧化铁皮结构不同,存在相间的红色疏松的氧化铁皮和蓝色致密的氧化铁皮,钢板抛丸后形成凹凸不平的花斑。为此,提出了确保除鳞质量、优化轧制工艺的措施以改善二次氧化铁皮的均匀性,从而有效地控制了船板表面花斑缺陷。Aiming at the problem of granophyric defect on the ship plate surface, its morphology and microstructure were analyzed. Based on it, the defect formation cause was obtained, i.e. the structures of two iron oxide were different. The red iron oxide was loose and the blue iron oxide was dense, the concavity, eventually granophyric defect was formed after shot treatment. Therefore, some measures, such as ensuring descaling quality and optimizing rolling technology were put forward to improve the two iron oxide uniformity, and to effectively control the defect.
