摘  要:该文针对传统的数字液压作动器机械反馈形式的频响低、无法自动调节增益等问题,设计了一种基于增量式数字阀的数字液压作动器,通过其核心元件DSP对步进电机进行控制,以实现数字阀阀芯开度的精确控制。从而实现对液压执行机构的精确位移控制;并利用安装在液压作动器上的光电编码器进行闭环位置反馈,从而进一步提高控制精度和频响特性。According to the faults of the traditional hydraulic actuators that it has low frequency responses and can't provide effective com- pensation to its non-linear part. And, its mechanic feedbacks can' t adjust its gains automatically. In this article, we have designed a new type of hydraulic actuator which is composed of incremental digital valve, hydraulic cylinder and photo-electric decoder. By controlling the step- motor of the digital valve, we can make the valve core open or close and in order to let the cylinder move precisely. As a result, both the con- trolling precision and the resoonse frequency are improved.
