摘　　要：本文结合闸北区家庭医生制信息化建设实践,系统阐述了在区域卫生信息化建设环境下,家庭医生工作信息化管理的系统设计、系统实现和应用效果,通过对院内家庭医生工作管理系统和院外家庭医生移动工作站的使用,对家庭医生制服务提供了完整的信息化支持。系统建设经验对各地深入开展家庭医生制服务具有一定的借鉴意义。With the design and practice of Zhabei District family doctor system as an example, this paper described the design, development and application effects of family physician system under the environment of regional health informatization construction. Through the use of external mobile system and the system in hospital, complete information support were provided for family physicians. It is of great significance for further family physician system development in other areas.
