摘　　要：伴随着我国人口老龄化进程的不断加快,生活环境恶化、食品安全问题严重,以糖尿病、高血压、恶性肿瘤为代表的慢性病逐渐成为我国居民健康的头号杀手。针对慢性病的科学研究、预防治疗,以及公共卫生行业普遍存在的医疗经费匮乏、预防性投入不足等问题,本文提出构建一个结合多种感知、接入及传感器技术,以大数据处理技术为核心的区域性健康云平台。通过结合智能终端设备的区域性健康云平台,公共卫生部门能够为居民的健康提供更有力的服务保障。With the accelerating process of China＇s aging population, along with the deterioration of the environment and the serious food safety issues, chronic diseases such as the diabetes, hypertension and cancer have been becoming the first threat to the health of our residents. To solve the problems of the research, prevention and treatment in chronic disease, as well as the lack of medical expenses and preventive investment in public health, this paper proposes a regional health cloud platform based on the technology of large data processing, combined with a variety of perception, access and sensor technology. By combining the regional health cloud platform with the intelligent terminal equipment, public health departments can provide more effective services to protect the health of residentsl
