摘　　要：统一的省级预约诊疗平台可将医疗线下业务转移到线上,释放院内医疗资源,缓解当前区域内就医难现状,创造医疗机构内高效有序的诊疗环境。基于省级卫生信息平台整体架构,采用区域化、跨平台的异构业务数据交换、整合技术,本文探索辽宁省预约挂号统一平台建设。通过预约诊疗平台来集成省内卫生和医疗资源,实现了全省预约诊疗和在线支付等服务。Unified appointment platform of province level could transform the offline medical business to online ,thus release the medical resource in the hospital , remission the difficult doctor seeking situation and develop an efficient and orderly medical environment for the whole hospitals. Based on the whole framework of Liaoning health information platform, adopting regionalization, cross-platform heterogeneous data exchange, integration technology, in this article, we explores the construction on making an appointment unified platform in Liaoning province. The platform integrated the regional health and medical resources, which will realize making appointment and online payment in the whole province.
