摘　　要：《抗感染药学》为国内外公开发行的学术性期刊。主要栏目：综述与论坛、实验研究、研究生论文、药物与临床、合理用药、药物不良反应、药物经济学、经验交流、药事管理、信息等。内容涵盖药物分析、中药与天然药物、临床用药问题解答、临床药学（包括合理用药、药学监护、不合理用药的典型病例分析）、学术争鸣、药物信息动态、药学界精英、明星企业、名优产品信息等。Objective： To compare the differences between Chinese and American hospital pharmacist＇s work for the improvement and development of Chinese hospital pharmacist work. Methods： To make a comparison through litera- ture, experience learned in American hospitals, the content of the work, work place, training and education, and other as- pects such as teamwork atmosphere of pharmacist between China and America and to make a comprehensive analysis. Results： When compared with Chinese pharmacists, pharmacists staff in America are more involved in deciding on the content of the clinical work and drug treatment programs, and more diverse on the work place; American clinical phar- macists have received more broad and deep range of training and education and have conduct more, health care and more emphasis on team work. Conclusion： American hospital pharmacy is more mature after years of development in various aspects. Chinese pharmacist must increase medical and pharmaceutical professional knowledge, actively in- volve in clinical practice, and establish the medical team in collaboration with other health care workers, so as to make behavior patient＇s health service and to achieve pharmacist＇s responsibilities and technical values.
