摘　　要：目的:分析医院肿瘤科住院患者三阶梯镇痛药物用药情况,为临床合理使用镇痛药物提供参考。方法:分析肿瘤科病房2011年—2013年间癌症患者三阶梯镇痛治疗药物的消耗量及金额。结果:盐酸曲马多缓释片、硫酸吗啡缓释片和盐酸羟考酮缓释片的使用金额为最大。结论:肿瘤科癌症患者三阶梯镇痛药物的使用基本合理。Objective： To analyze the three ladder acesodyne medication in patients with cancer in oncology department of a hospital and to provide the reference for clinical rational use. Methods： To analyze and to make statistics of the consumption and money of three ladder acesodyne medication in oncology department of a hospital during 2011 and 2013. Results： The amounts of tramadol hydrochloride zyban, morphine sulfate zyban and oxycodone hydrochloride zyban were the top three largest. Conclusion： The result of the survey showed that the use of three ladder acesodyne medication in patients with cancer in oncology department of a hospital was reasonable basically.
