摘　　要：目的:以客观、量化的评价结果建立药品供应商管理的实际绩效考核模式和奖惩措施,为提升药品采购质量管理提供依据。方法:通过引入竞争机制,制订药品供应商客观评价指标,建立与运用医院药品供应商分级管理评价模式。结果:该模式的运用促进了供应商服务质量的提升,对提高药品质量、降低药品供应成本等方面起着积极作用。结论:该模式可作为医院评价药品供应商质量管理的一种实用有效的方法。Objective：To establish the assessment model, rewards and punishments measures based on objective and quantitative evaluation results and to provide the basis for improving the quality of drug purchase management. Methods：By introducing the competitive mechanism,to establish objective assessment index and to apply hierarchical management model for pharmaceutical suppliers. Results： The practice of the model enhanced the service quality of suppliers and had positive effects on the improvement of pharmaceutical quality and the decrease of supply cost. Conclusion： This model can be operated function practically and efficiently in the assessment of quality management of pharmaceutical suppliers.
