摘  要:目的:对111例稽留流产患者胎儿绒毛染色体进行分析,探寻流产原因。方法:对111例稽留流产患者取无菌绒毛进行细胞培养和染色体制备及核型分析。结果:111例稽留流产绒毛染色体中,染色体核型正常28例(25.23%),染色体核型异常83例(74.77%)。异常核型中,性染色单体2例(2.41%),三体19例(22.89%),嵌合体51例(61.45%),复合三体1例(1.20%),三倍体7例(8.43%),四倍体3例(3.61%)。结论:胚胎染色体异常是稽留流产的主要原因,绒毛染色体核型分析有利于查明胚胎停育的原因,为遗传咨询和优生优育指导提供依据。Objective: To analyze chorionic villi chromosome in 111 cases with missed abortion,explore the reasons of abortion.Methods: Cell culture,chromosomal preparation and karyotyping analysis were performed based on sterile villous specimens from 111 cases with missed abortion. Results: Among 111 cases,11 cases( 25. 23%) was found with normal karyotype,83 cases( 74. 77%) were found with abnormal karyotypes. Among the cases with abnormal karyotypes,2 cases( 2. 41%) were found with sexual chromatid,19 cases( 22. 89%) were found with trisomy,51 cases( 61. 45%) were found with mosaics,1 case( 1. 20%) was found with complex trisomy,7cases( 8. 43%) were found with triploid,3 cases( 3. 61%) were found with tetraploid. Conclusion: Embryo chromosomal abnormalities are the important reasons of missed abortion,karyotyping analysis of chorionic villi is beneficial for identifying the causes of embryo development arrest,and it can provide a reliable evidence for genetic consultation and guidance of aristogenesis.
