摘　　要：目的:探讨父母亲心理因素对先天性胎儿畸形是否有影响。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对274例观察组对象及262例对照组对象的心理健康状况进行评分,运用病例对照分析的方法进行结果分析。结果:1柳州市孕妇及其配偶的焦虑和抑郁平均得分、异常率均低于国内其他地区的相关调查结果;2观察组孕妇及配偶的抑郁和焦虑平均得分均低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3观察组孕妇SDS和SAS评分异常有3例,异常检出率为1.09%,分别低于对照组的11例和4.20%,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.07,P<0.05);观察组的配偶SDS和SAS评分异常有1例,异常检出率为0.36%,分别低于对照组的3例和1.15%,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.287,P>0.05)。结论:父母亲心理因素对先天性胎儿畸形的影响具有不确定性,有待进一步探讨。Objective： To explore whether parental psychological factors have impacts on congenital fetal malformations. Methods：SAS and SDS were used to assess the psychological health statuses of 274 cases in observation group and 262 cases in control group,case-control method was used to analyze the results. Results： The average scores and abnormal rates of anxiety and depression among the pregnant women and their spouses in Liuzhou were lower than domestic average level. The average scores of anxiety and depression among the pregnant women and their spouses in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group（ P 0. 05）. The detection rate of abnormality by SDS and SAS among the pregnant women in observation group was 1. 09%（ 3 cases）,which was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ 4. 20%,11 cases）（ χ2= 5. 07,P 0. 05）; the detection rate of abnormality by SDS and SAS among the spouses of the pregnant women in observation group was 0. 36%（ one case）,which was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ 1. 15%,3 cases）（ χ2= 0. 287,P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The effects of parental psychological factors on congenital fetal malformations are uncertain,which needs further studies.
