摘  要:目的:研究两种改良方法与现有的WHO公认的红细胞G6PD/6PGD酶紫外比值法(UVST法)对女性杂合子的检出率。方法:抽取经变性高效液相色谱法(PE/DHPLC)确诊的女性杂合子全血标本200份分别用WHO公认的UVST法(常规方法 A)及两种改良法(改良方法 B和C)检测,分析两种改良方法与常规方法对G6PD缺乏症检测结果的差异性和对G6PD缺乏症杂合子的检出率。结果:改良方法 B、C的G6PD/6PGD比值与常规方法 A比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PE/DHPLC检测(尤其是家系调查)结果表明对女性杂合子的检出率:改良方法 C为98%,优于改良方法 B的检出率(92%),明显高于常规方法 A的检出率(79.5%)。结论:在WHO的UVST法的基础上进行改良的方法 C可提高G6PD缺乏症女性杂合子的检出率。Objective: To research the detection rates of female heterozygous G6 PD deficiency by two optimized enzyme UV ratio methods and current erythrocyte G6 PD /6PGD UVST method. Methods: A total of 200 whole blood specimens of women diagnosed as heterozygous G6 PD deficiency definitely by PE / DHPLC were detected by UVST method( routine method A) and optimized enzyme UV ratio methods( optimized method B and optimized method C); the differences of detection and detection rates were compared among the three methods.Results: There was statistically significant difference in G6 PD /6PGD ratio between optimized method B,optimized method C and routine method A( P 0. 05). The detection rate of optimized method C was 98%,which was higher than that of optimized method B( 92%) and significantly higher than that of routine method A( 79. 5%). Conclusion: Optimized method C based on UVST method can improve the detection rate of female heterozygous G6 PD deficiency.
