摘  要:为了解湖南地区城乡住宅室内热环境状况,本课题组于2013年冬夏季在湖南长沙市区和农村各选取了几栋具有代表性的住宅,分别测试室内外空气温度和湿度,并以问卷调查方式对农村和城市住宅室内热舒适度进行调查分析.测试结果表明,长沙地区具有夏热冬冷、全年潮湿的气候特征;城市住宅夏季室外温度最高值为40.0℃,高于农村住宅1.9℃,冬季室外最低温度为0.3℃,高于农村住宅1.8℃.农村住宅冬夏室内热环境一层好于二层,室内温度全年低于城市住宅,室内湿度高于城市住宅,常年在60%~85%之间,但当地居民普遍比较适应.最后,结合城乡住宅的特点,对该地区住宅室内热环境的改善提出了建设性意见.In order to understand the indoor thermal environment condition of the urban and rural residence in Hunan area, during the summer and the winter of 2013, the research group selected several houses which had representative characteristics in communities and countries of changsha respectively. We measured the indoor and outdoor air temperatures and the degree of humidity respectively, at the same time, carried out an investigation on the indoor hot comfortable moderation of the village and city residential buildings by making a questionnaire analysis. The test result shows that, Changsha area has a hot summer and cold winter, humid climate throughout the year feature. Urban residential high summer outdoor temperature is 40.0℃ , 1.9 ℃ higher than that of rural residence, winter outdoor minimum temperature of 0.3 ℃ , higher than the rural residential 1.8 ℃. Winter indoor thermal environment of rural residential one better than the second floor, the room temperature is lower than the annual urban residential and indoor humidity higher than that of urban housing throughout the year, all the year round between 60% -85% , but are adapted to local residents. Finally residence, for the improvement of the indoor hot environment in the , combined with the characteristics of the region residence, we put forward someconstructive suggestions.
