摘 要:列举出对于热计量用户节热行为的影响因素,通过文献式调查法和访谈式调查法设计合理的调查问卷。通过问卷式调查法获取数据资料,采用应用统计软件SPSS19.0进行分析。通过描述性统计分析、相关分析、回归分析以及差异性分析,得出当前热计量用户节热行为不明显;证实了用户节能习惯、经济因素、政策因素、关注度和公共宣传与节热行为均具有显著相关性;节能习惯、经济因素、政策因素和关注度对节热行为有重要预测力;用户节热行为因不同的个人特征因素和建筑因素而有显著差异。This paper enumerates heat metering users' influencing factors about energy-saving behavior. Firstly, we design a rational questionnaire by using literature survey method and interview survey method. Then obtain data through questionnaire survey method and analyze them by application software SPSS19.0. By descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and difference analysis, we obtain the result that user' s behavior of saving energy is not evident. We confirms that user' s saving habits, economic factors, policy factors, public awareness and concern about the section of the thermal behavior are significant correlated. We find that energy-saving habits, economic factors, policies and focus on thermal behavior has important predictive power. We also know that user's thermal behavior due to personal characteristics factors and construction factors have significant difference. Finally, we summarize the current problems about the implementation of heat metering user' s energysaving behavior.
