摘  要:冷却水系统是集中式空调系统的重要组成部分,节能的潜力较大。冷却水系统的节能主要通过冷却塔风机调速和冷却水泵调速来改变冷却塔出水温度和冷却水流量,以满足空调负荷的要求。不同的冷却塔出水温度和冷却水流量都对冷水机组的能耗造成影响,所以需考虑冷却水系统的综合节能效果。本文对冷水机组功耗和冷却塔换热效率进行理论分析,建立冷却水系统各部分的关联。以冷却塔出水温度和冷水机组出水温度为优化控制变量,在各设备能耗模型的基础上,建立冷却水系统能耗优化模型,实现冷却水系统的节能优化控制。通过与冷却水定流量控制实验比较,验证了能耗优化模型的有效性。研究结果表明:冷却水系统节能优化方法可行,系统综合节能效果显著。The cooling water system is an important part of central air conditioning system, and has great energy saving potentials. Energy saving of the cooling water system is mainly through the frequency conversion of the cooling tower fan and cooling water pump to change the cooling tower outlet temperature and the cooling water flow, in order to satisfy the air conditioning load requirements. Different cooling tower outlet temperature and the cooling water flow will have an impact on the energy consumption of chillers, so the comprehensive energy-saving effect of the cooling water system should be considered. In the paper, the chiller power consumption and the cooling tower heat transfer efficiency are analyzed theoretically, and the mutual relationships between each part of the cooling water system are given. The cooling tower supply water temperature and the chiller supply water temperature are used as the optimal control variables. It establishes the energy consumption optimization model of cooling water system based on energy consumption of each device to achieve the energy optimization control of cooling water system. Through the experimental comparison with the cooling water constant flow control, it verifies the validity of the energy consumption optimization model. The results show that the cooling water system energy optimization method is feasible, and the comprehensive energy-saving effect is remarkable.
