摘  要:聚丙烯/聚乙烯/聚烯烃弹性体(PP/HDPE/POE)三元共混体是一种新型导热高分子基体材料,碳类填料可改变其热学性能和力学性能。选用配比为68:17:15的PP/HDPE/POE共混材料作为基材,通过添加粒径为15μm鳞片石墨制备聚合物导热材料,采用新型非对称同向双螺杆挤出机,对不同石墨填充比例对材料的热学性能和力学性能的影响开展了实验研究。结果表明:随着鳞片石墨填充量增多,复合材料流动性变差,热稳定性变好,耐热变形能力得到了提升,热导率也得到了极大改善;同时,复合材料拉伸强度将先减小后增大,材料刚性将逐渐增强,弯曲性能将逐渐提高,但拉伸韧性和冲击韧性将逐渐下降。Polypropylene/polyethylene/polyolefin elastomer(PP/HDPE/POE) blend is a new type of thermal conductive polymer material, adding carbon stuffing will change its thermal properties and mechanical properties. PP/HDPE/POE blend with the corresponding ratio of 68:17:15 was chosen as the polymer matrix, and the thermal conductive polymer material was prepared by adding different amount of flake graphite of particle diameter 15 μm. The experimental investigations were carried out by using the novel co-rotating non-twin screw extruder and the effect of the different adding ratios of flake graphite on thermal and mechanical properties were examined. The results show that: with the increase of graphite amount, the melt flow rate decreases, the thermal stability, heat resistance deformation temperature and the thermal conductivity enhance. Meanwhile, with the increase of graphite, the tensile strength of the blend decreases first and then increases, along with the improvement of the stiffness and bending properties. In contrast, the tensile and impact toughness decrease gradually.
