摘  要:利用高能电子束辐射技术,对以乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)为基体树脂,无机氢氧化铝(ATH)/微胶囊包覆红磷(MRP)为阻燃剂,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)为交联助剂所制备的无卤阻燃复合材料进行了辐射改性研究。通过热性能、动态热机械分析、低场核磁交联密度仪、断面微观形貌及介电性能的测试,研究了辐射剂量的变化对于POE/LLDPE/ATH/MRP阻燃材料的性能和交联程度的影响。结果表明:随着辐照剂量的增加,其交联密度由小变大,而后由大再变小,分子链的受束缚程度显示出先增强后减弱的趋势,当辐照剂量为150 k Gy左右时,材料的交联密度最大及玻璃化转变温度(Tg)最高;同时拉伸强度从辐照前的7.72 MPa上升至9.14 MPa,高温热稳定性得到提高;介电常数随着辐射剂量的增加而呈先上升后下降的趋势,电子束辐射对介电损耗的影响甚微。Halogen-free flame retardant composite that ethylene-octence copolymer(POE)/linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) as based resin, aluminum hydroxide(ATH)/microcapsule coated red phosphorus(MRP) as flame retardants, triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC) as crosslinking aid were prepared and modified with using high-energy electron beam radiation technology. Through thermal properties, dynamic mechanical analysis, low-field NMR crosslinking density gauge, microscopic morphology of crisp section, dielectric properties test, performance and crosslinking degree of POE/LLDPE/ATH/MRP flame retardant material were investigated with different radiation dose. The results show that: the crosslinking density of POE/LLDPE/ATH/MRP flame retardant material increases firstly and then decreases, degree of molecular chain bound enhances first and then weakens with the addition of radiation dose; crosslinking density of the material and glass transition temperature are the best under 150 k Gy. At the same time, the tensile strength increases from 7.72 MPa to 9.14 MPa, thermal stability improves also; the dielectric constant has a downward trend after the first rise with increasing radiation dose, and the electron beam radiation has slight effect on dielectric loss.
