腰硬联合麻醉应用中的麻醉失败与并发症分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨腰硬联合麻醉应用中的麻醉失败与并发症分析。方法选取2013年10月～2014年10月我院接诊的59例需要麻醉手术患者，全部采用腰硬联合麻醉手段，观察并记录手术中患者的麻醉失败、麻醉平面过高、导管误入血管，以及手术后腰痛、头痛、下肢麻木或出现异感等情况。结果59例患者出现4例麻醉失败，麻醉失败率为6.8%；出现5例并发症，并发症发生率为8.5%；结果显著，有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论腰硬联合麻醉在应用的过程中也会出现麻醉失败和并发症的情况，因此要通过提高操作技术来提高临床治疗效果，减少并发症的发生。Objective Anesthesia failure and complications of combined spinal epidural anesthesia application are to be analyzed.Methods Choose 59 patients＆amp;nbsp;who were treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and were in need of anesthesia treatment,al of 59 patients were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia treatment,and then observe and record the cases,including patients’anesthesia failure,a rather higher level of anesthesia, the catheter mistakenly inserted into blood vessel; and even back pain,headache,numbness,paresthesia cases after surgical treatment.Results Of al 59 cases,there were 4 cases of anesthesia failure,the failure rate was up to 6.8%; and there were 5 cases of complications with making up 8.5% of the whole cases. Such a result was significant and it had statistic value（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia treatment is liable to anesthesia failure and complications,thus,it is suggested to update operation technology to improve clinical treatment efficiency and to decrease complication incidence.
