慢性宫颈炎患者的中西医结合治疗探析

摘　　要：目的：对慢性宫颈炎患者采用中西医结合治疗方法的治疗效果进行探讨分析。方法将我院于2012年11月～2014年9月收治的76例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分成两组，对照组和治疗组分别采用单纯西医治疗和中西医结合治疗，对两组患者的临床症状进行观察分析，对比治疗效果。结果对照组和治疗组患者的治疗总有效率分别为84.2%和94.7%，两组结果对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论中西医结合的治疗方法比纯西医的治疗方法效果要显著，并且不良发应情况较少。Objective The joint treatment efficacy of traditional chinese medicine and western chinese medicine in treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis is to be analyzed.Methods Choose 76 chronic cervicitis patients who are treated in hospital from November 2012 to September 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random. Patients in control group are given western medicine treatment only,while patients in study group are given joint treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine,and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy as wel as clinical symptoms of the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of two groups are 84.2% and 94.7% respectively,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Joint treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western chinese medicine is much more effective in treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis with few side effects,therefore,such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied in treatment of chronic cervicitis.
