甲状腺手术后头枕部疼痛的预防与护理研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预对甲状腺手术后头枕部疼痛的预防效果。方法选择2014年1月～2014年10月期间在我院进行甲状腺手术的患者76例，分为观察组和对照组，各38例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受整体护理，比较两组术后头枕部疼痛情况。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为89.5%和55.3%，组间差异显著P〈0.05，有统计学意义。结论整体护理干预有利于预防和缓解甲状腺手术后头枕部疼痛。Objective To explore the nursing intervention on prevention of others pain after thyroid surgery effect.Methods Between January 2014 and August 2014 in our hospital during the period of 60 patients with thyroid surgery,divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each. Control group accepted routine nursing,the observation group received the overal care,compared two groups of postoperative others pain.Results The observation group and control group total effective rate were 90.0% and 43.3% respectively,significant difference between groupsP〈0.05,with statistical significance.ConclusionThe whole nursing intervention is helpful to prevent and mitigate others pain after thyroid surgery.
