辛伐他汀在心律失常治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨辛伐他汀在心律失常治疗中的应用分析。方法选取2013年7月～2014年11月我院接诊的35例心律失常患者，随机分为两组，实验组和对照组，实验组采用辛伐他汀，对照组采用美托洛尔，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的疾病控制率明显高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者的室性期前收缩次数、房性期前收缩次数及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论辛伐他汀在心律失常治疗中的效果显著，有效减少室性、房性期前收缩次数，降低不良反应的发生率。Objective The analysis of simvastatin application in treatment of cardiac arrhythmias is to be investigated.MethodsChoose 35 patients with cardiac arrhythmias are treated in hospital from July 2013 to November 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random. Patients in study group are given simvastatin treatment,while patients in control group are given metoprolol treatment,and then observe and compare treatment efficacy of the two groups.ResultsThe result shows that the treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than the treatment efficacy in control group; there is a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups, and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. And in addition,the ventricular contractions and atrial contractions of patients in study group are quite lower than those in control group, and the side-effect incidence in study group is less than that in control group as wel; there is a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Simvastatin is of efficiency in treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, it is conducive to reducing ventricular contractions and atrial contractions times and decreasing side-effect incidence; thus,simvastatin is quite worthwhile to be promote and applied clinicaly.
