米非司酮配伍利凡诺在中期妊娠引产中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的：通过米非司酮配伍利凡诺与单用利凡诺在中期妊娠引产的疗效比较，探讨米非司酮配伍利凡诺的引产效果以及临床应用推广价值。方法在我院选取14～26周主动终止妊娠的孕妇100例作为研究对象，把他们随机分为实验组和对照组，每组50例。结果把完全流产和不完全流产的发生率并称总有效率，我们可以发现，实验组的引产总有效率高达100%，对照组为98%，两组的差异性不明显；但是，实验组的引产时间（从利凡诺的注射到宫缩、胎儿娩出时间）明显比对照组短，产后出血量也少，差异性显著。结论米非司酮配伍利凡诺的药物引产具有缩短妊娠时间、产后出血量少以及安全高效等优势。Objective Through the compatibility of mifepristone rivanol with rivanol alone in the middle of the comparative effectiveness of pregnancy induced labor,discuss compatibility mifepristone rivanol induced labor effect and clinical application promotion value.Methods In our hospital 14~26 weeks voluntarily terminate pregnancy,100 cases of pregnant women as the research object,they were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 50 cases in each group.ResultsThe complete abortion and the incidence of incomplete abortion and total effective rate,we can find that induced labor of experimental group total effectiveness 100%,control group was 98%,the difference of the two groups was not obvious; But the experimental group induced labor time （from injecting rivanol to fetal childbirth time, contractions） significantly shorter than the control group,postpartum haemorrhage amount was less,significant differences between them.Conclusion Drug compatibility mifepristone rivanol induced labor pregnancy,postpartum haemorrhage amount little time is shortened and the advantages of the safe and efficient,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
