摘 要:为了保证感应式磁力仪电子器件在轨运行期间具备良好的工作环境,同时承受卫星发射过程中的载荷冲击,需设计散热性能优异、力学性能良好、抗辐射的感应式磁力仪电控学箱。文章综合考虑电控学箱的电路设计、结构设计和热设计,各系统设计同时进行,交互协调优化,提出了相应的设计方案。热、力学仿真分析对设计方案的初步验证结果表明:电控学箱在热设计和结构设计上均满足相关设计指标要求。文中所探讨电控学箱设计方法可以为其他电子设备的设计研制提供参考和依据。In order to provide a good environment for the electronic components of the induction magnetometer on orbit, and to protect the equipment against the impact load during the satellite launch process, it is desirable to design an electronic control cabinet with superior thermal, mechanical and anti-radiation performances. A related design for the electronic control cabinet is presented in this paper, which combine the circuit design, the structural design and the thermal design, with optimized system performance. By thermal and mechanical simulations, the design is validated, and it is shown that the structural and thermal designs of the electronic control cabinet can fully meet the relevant index requirements. This design method of the electronic control cabinet for the spaceborne induction magnetometer can also be used for the design of other electronic devices.
